Good Company: A Vocal Ensembleis a mixed ensemble of some twenty experienced singers based in Cleveland, Ohio, dedicated to the study and performance of music from the chamber choral repertoire. Our size and clarity of sound lend themselves well to the performance of madrigals, motets, and other intimate vocal forms from various style periods.
Good Company's Next Performances
Good Company is pleased to announce its first concert of the 2008/09 season for Sunday, January 4, 2009, 4:00 PM at Lakewood Presbyterian Church. The program will contain Ottorino Respighi's Lauda per la Nativitata del Signore; the famous "Va pensiero" (from Nabucco), by Giuseppe Verdi, as well as works by Béla Bartok, Stephen Chatman and Ralph Vaughan Williams.
